At EEVEE.in, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping timelines, delivery charges, and order processing.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
- Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 working days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 working days
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout. From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping promotions across India.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on most locations across India. A small COD handling fee may apply depending on your pin code.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email. You can use this link anytime to check the real-time status of your delivery.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your address and contact number are correct. In case of:
- Wrong or incomplete address
- Unreachable phone number
- Customer unavailable during delivery
The courier may attempt delivery again or return the package to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
7. Damaged or Opened Packages
If your package appears tampered, opened, or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the package and contact us immediately at support@eevee.in.
8. International Shipping
At the moment, we ship only within India. We will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.
