1. Who can use EEVEE.in

2. Account & Orders

When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. All orders placed through the website are offers to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason (including out-of-stock items or suspected fraud). If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the paid amount promptly.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on the site are in INR and may change without notice. We strive for accuracy but errors can occur. In the event of an obvious error in pricing, we may cancel the order and refund payments. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways — we do not store your full card details.

4. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping, returns and refund policies are set out on our dedicated pages. Please read them carefully before placing orders. Short version: returns/exchanges must be initiated as described in our Return Policy, items must be unused and in original condition unless faulty. For damaged or incorrect items, contact support immediately.

All content on EEVEE.in (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of EEVEE or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site (including attempts to probe, scan or test for vulnerabilities), post illegal or abusive content, or use the site for unauthorized commercial activities. Violation may result in account suspension and legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EEVEE and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed the value of the order that gave rise to the claim.

We try to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and photography. Size guides are indicative — please check product-specific size charts before ordering.
